Hope LoanPort® established Homeowner Connect (www.homeownerconnect.org) to provide consumers with educational materials and housing counselor resources when seeking information on mortgage assistance. Homeowners can also begin the process of submitting a foreclosure alternative package directly to their mortgage servicer.
Looking to begin the foreclosure alternative application yourself? You can do so through Homeowner Connect, a neutral, secure site providing you the option to deal directly with your mortgage servicer and complete any documentation requests and follow-ups. This option is available for mortgages through participating mortgage servicers. You can check your servicer's participation and register a secure account with Homeowner Connect.
